Habits of a Lifetime

Love a List – an ongoing series. Today, 9 personal practices for living life well.
  1. Live life slow.
  2. Always look on the bright side of life (thank you Messrs Python).
  3. Don’t have any screens in the room in which you sleep… yes, that includes your mobile!
  4. Read odd stuff.
  5. Avoid moderation – nothing succeeds like excess.
  6. Invest in experiences, not things.
  7. Make to do lists every week… and knock’em off.
  8. Make happy choices.
  9. Make time for family and friends.
