AdAge have published their first Relationship Issue, exploring relationships of all kinds – marketer/consumer, agency/marketer, manufacturer/retailers – as well as looking at different tools and methods for building deeper consumer connections. They were kind enough to ask me to write an op-ed on Lovemarks – why the thinking has survived (and in my book, thrived), and what’s ahead.
